On June
24th, 1992, all EC members agreed upon the minimum requirements for
safety and health protection as per Guideline 92/57/EWG.
On November
4th, 1994, the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has transposed this guideline
into local law, and the Federal Republic of Germany has followed on
July 1st, 1998.
Several
PROMACO engineers are certified as Coordinators for Safety and Health
Protection on construction sites, with regard to initial conception
of a project, its execution as well as operation and maintenance procedures:
- consideration
of safety and health in the planning phase
- establish
the "safety and health protection plan"
- establish
the site regulations
- coordination
and organisation during construction
- establish
the "Specific Project File" for future operation
